Child sexual abuse can have long-term adverse effects on a victim into adulthood. These effects might include: relationship difficulties, self-blame/shame, and lack of self-esteem. 

Trauma can impact an individuals life in many ways and it is never too late to seek help and start healing. FACT provides no cost therapy to adult victims of CSA. Therapy can be beneficial to an individual in many ways including working through the adverse effects of child sexual abuse by learning healthy coping skills for the trauma.
